About the event
Bucatini tossed in a rich tomato sauce slowly simmered with red wine, rendered pancetta, and delicate prosciutto. The savory cured meats infuse the sauce with remarkable depth, while the hollow strands of bucatini capture every luxurious bite—a timeless taste of Italy.
