Freshly made tagliatelle tossed with locally sourced Italian sausage in a delicate, velvety cream sauce, finished with a generous dusting of freshly grated Italian Parmesan. Rich, comforting, and irresistibly inviting, this is rustic Italian comfort food elevated by the simplicity of exceptional ingredients.
