About the event
This pasta dish is where fresh basil meets aged pecorino in a perfect union. Fresh garlic seals the deal! If you haven't tried fregola, the traditional pasta from Sardinia, this is a sign that the time has come. Toasted and the same size as Israeli couscous, fregola has a texture that is going to steal your heart.
Each portion is $12 and it must be pre-ordered by Monday night by sending us an RSVP. Pick up is between 4:20 and 8 pm on Tuesday. Of course, we would love to suggest that you enjoy it while dining with us; let our chef Nadia suggest a great white wine with which to pair fregola.
