About the event
Pear and Gorgonzola are a beautiful, classic Italian pairing because they bring together two contrasting flavors that complement each other perfectly: the delicate sweetness of ripe pears and the bold, tangy, savory richness of Gorgonzola cheese. The result is an elegant balance of sweet, salty, creamy, and slightly sharp flavors that feels both rustic and sophisticated. We created a sweet, savory, and creamy filling for our giant hand-made ravioli that is going to carry your taste buds all the way to Italy, no airline ticket required.
Each portion, comprising 4 large ravioli, is $16 and it must be pre-ordered by Monday night by answering our RSVP.
