Imagine the comfort of meatloaf, the richness of a stuffed meatball, and the soul of a Sunday Neapolitan ragù—all in one slice. Each cut reveals ribbons of melted provolone, delicate prosciutto, and golden egg, nestled inside tender, sauce-soaked meat. A celebratory dish that's more elaborate than a typical American meatloaf. The combination of prosciutto, provolone, egg, and tomato sauce gives it a flavor profile reminiscent of a giant stuffed meatball, with the richness of the filling balanced by the bright tomato sauce.
Each special comes with an 8 oz Neapolitan meatloaf and a side of green beans in tomato sauce. You are going to need some serios bread for a major "scarpetta" action! The dinner is $22 and it must be pre-ordered by Wednesday night. Available dine in or carry out.
