Meet the founder

A proud native of Naples, Italy, Chef Nadia Minniti is on a quest to promote Neapolitan cuisine as a way to get customers to appreciate the culture and history of the Boot-Shaped Peninsula.

Aside from running Gusto Napoletano in Fayetteville, NC, Chef Nadia has been a culinary arts instructor for 13 years. She has a BAS in Food Service Management from the Campbell University and a Master’s in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Gastronomy from NC State.

Chef Nadia is also a certified NC Family and Consumer Sciences teacher. Apart from that, she’s a proud ServSafe Instructor/Proctor.

Chef Nadia is a firm advocate of sustainable agriculture–or the practice of producing crops and livestock without damaging the environment. She believes that finding a happy medium between food production and the preservation of the ecological system is the key to agriculture.

Chef Nadia is amazing, you can tell she loves what she does. Her Pizzas are comfort food. Simple, straight forward flavors that will warm your soul! Have some red wine with it and you can imagine you’re in Italy.
Already looking forward to my next pizza.

Very cozy environment with a brick oven in view so you can watch your pizza being made using fresh ingredients. Pizza are delicious as well as comforting. Staff are friendly to the point it felt I was in a family home. Gusto ruined other pizza places for me! Cannot wait to go back again!!

Some people eat to live, well, I live to eat!!! Tonight, I tried a delicious bowl of bucatini and caprese salad. The pasta was hollow on the inside and fun to eat. Great service! #foodie

Hands down the best pizza in town in my opinion. We ordered a ham arancini, two diavolas, two margheritas, and five cannolis for takeout. Delicious and authentic! They also have wine imported from Italy. Bottom line: This will be our new pizza spot.

Delicious food. We got the Bianca pizza with sausage and the Fancy Goat. Both fresh and sooo yummy 😋 we also got the torte caprise omg melts in your mouth! If you get the chance, check this place out.
