Born and raised in Naples, Chef Nadia Minniti fondly remembers eating the best-tasting pizza as she was growing up. After moving to the United States, she searched far and wide for restaurants that could once again give her a taste of her home city.
However, she could not find the familiar flavors that she grew up loving. That’s why she decided to take a plunge and create a restaurant of her own. In September 2019, she established Gusto Napoletano out of her desire to bring the taste of authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza to Fayetteville, NC.
